Treadly’s handrail is non-removable.

What is Treadly’s maximum speed?

Treadly’s maximum speed is 5 mph when the handrail is lifted and 3.7 mph when the handrail is folded. To reach the maximum 5 mph speed, simply lift the handle, or go hands-free at a steady 3.8 mph pace.

Does Treadly offer a warranty?

Can Treadly be used on a rug or carpet?

Yes. Treadly 2 is recommended to be used on a hard, flat surface but can also be used with a low pile carpet to medium. If you have any concerns regarding your carpet compatibility please reach out to our customer service for assistance.
